One of the best Indian restaurants I have been to and it is right here in Elviria. Saffron offers a traditional Indian menu with golden oldies like chicken Korma, Tikka Masala and off course Tandoori. But Saffron does it better than the rest. The food is excellent and the staff is very friendly and always offer a beer on the house when I came to order take away.

The location is not the best but that does not seem a big problem as their reputation is excellent. One day they invited me in to the kitchen and I have to say it was spotless, I have been in some restaurant kitchens
before and at times it makes you reconsider eating there at all. But their kitchen hardly looked like it was worked in although they were making dishes on the spot.
Indian food
If you are in Elviria or closeby than certainly try out Saffron. If you like Indian food like me you will not be disappointed.
